At Casa Center, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Casa Center account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
